via turns a Google Doc you pick into a public link that serves the document’s latest version as a PDF. By using via you agree to these terms.
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the documents you connect and the links you share. You can download a copy of your data, or delete your account, at any time from Settings. Deleting removes your data and revokes via’s access to your Google account.
You pick documents through the Google Picker, and picking one is what grants via read-only access to that file. We don’t receive access to the rest of your Drive, and we only use that access to export the document as a PDF for your link. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Don’t use via to distribute content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is malicious.
We may suspend or end an account, and disable its links, if it breaks these terms or puts via or its users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first. For illegal or abusive use we may act immediately and without notice, and no refund is due.
via is provided as is, without warranty. We work to keep links serving reliably but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. What the free and paid plans include is described on the pricing page.
Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for paid plans. They take the payment, send the receipt and handle any tax, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. What each plan costs and includes is on the pricing page.
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, and paid features stay until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don’t refund the unused part of a period, but write to us if something went wrong and we’ll sort it out.
When a paid plan ends, nothing is deleted. via keeps as many of your links serving as the free plan allows, starting with the oldest, and pauses the rest. Pay again and every paused link comes back exactly as it was. Links you paused yourself stay paused.
Prices can change. A new price applies from your next renewal, never inside a period you have already paid for, and we’ll tell you before it takes effect. If you don’t want to pay it, cancel before that renewal.
We may change these terms, and we may change, limit or discontinue via or any part of it. If a change is significant, or if we discontinue something you pay for, we’ll tell you beforehand and refund the part of your paid period you haven’t used. Continuing to use via after a change means you accept it.
